Made using traditional methods passed down for generations, this long, square-cut spaghetti is bronze-drawn, slowly dried, and produced with the pure spring water and durum wheat of Campania.

• 250 g tomato passata

• Onion (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti al dente.

  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, remove once golden.

  3. Add onion, then tomato passata, basil, salt, pepper.

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Toss pasta with sauce and top with Parmesan.
