Every occasion is the perfect moment to prepare the authentic Lasagna Bolognese. With Alma Gourmet Traditional Italian Lasagna Bolognese Kit you can prepare a delicious Lasagna in 30 minutes and keep all the taste of the Bolognese Tradition. The Campofilone Sfoglia, with its thin, rough and porous consistency, will perfectly hold the béchamel and the ragù sauce, giving a perfect and creamy consistency to the dish.

The Kit contains:

- 1 Sfoglia Campofilone 8.8oz (250g) - 6 rectangular egg pasta sheets

- 1 Bolognese Meat sauce 28.2oz (800g)

- 1 Béchamel Sauce Ready to Use 500ml


Preparation Method

Boil the Sfoglia in plenty of salty water for 3 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool and dry before using them. Preheat oven at 380F. Start building your Lasagna by spreading 2 tablespoons of béchamel on the bottom of a baking pan. Then, put a Sfoglia sheet over it and cover the entire bottom of the pan. Layer on 2 tablespoons of bolognese sauce and two tablespoons of béchamel sauce (these quantities may vary based on the consistency you are looking for). Using a tablespoon, spread the sauce to cover the entire sfoglia sheet. Repeat these steps for five layers. Finish by covering the last layer with a generous amount of grated parmigiano cheese to obtain a crispy crust. Bake in the oven at 380F for about 30 minutes. Let the Lasagna cool out of the oven for 10 minutes and serve it. 

During transportation the sfoglia sheets might break. If this happens, once cooked, assemble them together in your baking pan.
